Danny Fredericks
Danny entered the real estate market in 2010 as an assistant to his dad before receiving his license. In addition to working as a successful agent specializing in South Bay homes and investment properties. Danny trains his fellow agents in real estate technology. Danny’s experience in computer technology was a welcome talent to Derf and Fredericks Realty. Danny teaches workshops for the associates at Fredericks Realty and the 4,000+ members of the South Bay Association of REALTORS® (SBAOR).
He was awarded Rookie of the Year for both TRG (2012) and the SBAOR (2013). Danny currently serves as a director and educator at the SBAOR. In 2013 Danny became the Director of Development for the online LUmbleau Real Estate School.
Derf Fredericks
Derf Fredericks is what you would call a “Career REALTOR®” .
His 45+ years of real estate experience in the South Bay has made many clients lifetime clients. Derf keeps himself young by moving real estate to the classroom, teaching real estate classes at El Camino College and managing the online Lumbleau Real Estate School. Many of his students enjoy his teaching methods and follow him to Fredericks Realty. As if Derf needs another job, he also works as a Hearing Officer has provided Derf with extensive knowledge of our property taxes laws.
